Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how HubRivex LLC ("HubRivex", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with hubrivex.com (the "Site"). The Site is a static, informational website: it has no user accounts, no analytics scripts, and no advertising, so this policy is short, specific, and written in plain English.
In brief: the only personal information we receive through the Site is what you choose to send us by email, plus the standard technical data any web server processes in order to deliver pages securely.
1. Who we are
HubRivex LLC is an independent mobile app studio that builds and operates its own iOS and Android apps. We are a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and we are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Site only. Our mobile apps are separate products: each HubRivex app may have its own privacy policy describing what that app collects and how it works, published with the app itself and on its App Store or Google Play listing. When you use one of our apps, the policy published with that app applies to it.
3. Information we collect
We collect very little, and only in two ways:
- Correspondence you send us. The contact form and email links on the Site simply open your own email app — the Site itself does not transmit or store anything you type. If you email us at support@hubrivex.com, we receive whatever you choose to include, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- Technical data processed to serve the Site. The Site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web infrastructure, Cloudflare processes standard technical information about requests — such as IP address, browser type and user agent, pages requested, and timestamps — to route traffic, cache content, and protect the Site against abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.
4. What we do not collect
- We do not offer accounts or registration, so we hold no account data.
- The Site contains no forms that submit data to a server.
- We do not run analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts.
- We do not set tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not buy data about you or combine what you send us with data from other sources.
5. How we use information
- To respond to messages you send us and manage that correspondence.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site (technical data, handled by our hosting provider).
- To keep reasonable business records and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
6. Legal bases for processing
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal information on these legal bases:
- Legitimate interests — keeping the Site secure and available, and handling correspondence you initiate with us.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law.
The Site does not rely on consent because it sets no optional cookies and performs no tracking. If that ever changes, we will ask first.
7. Cookies
We do not set any cookies. Cloudflare, our host and content delivery network, may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes — for example, to distinguish legitimate visitors from malicious traffic during a security challenge. These cookies are not used for advertising and do not track you across sites. Because the Site uses no optional cookies, there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to opt in or out of.
8. Third-party service providers
We keep our footprint small. Two service providers handle Site-related data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — hosting, content delivery, DNS, and security for the Site. Cloudflare processes technical request data as described above; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
- Our email provider — the mailbox behind support@hubrivex.com is hosted by a commercial email service, which stores our correspondence.
We share information with these providers only so they can deliver their services to us.
9. International transfers
HubRivex LLC is based in the United States, and the information described in this policy is processed in the United States. The Site is served worldwide through Cloudflare's global network. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in a country whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your home jurisdiction; our providers maintain recognized transfer safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for data they move across borders.
10. Data retention
- Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for reasonable business record-keeping, after which it is deleted.
- Technical logs are retained by Cloudflare for limited periods under its own retention schedules. We do not maintain separate server logs of our own.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information:
- EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to restrict or object to our processing of it. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- California. The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents rights to know, correct, and delete personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@hubrivex.com. Because we collect so little, most requests are simple: in practice, the only personal information we are likely to hold about you is email correspondence. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
12. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at support@hubrivex.com and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if the Site gains new functionality. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and if a change meaningfully affects how we handle personal information, we will say so clearly here.
